Pivot shoes
Thanks for posting. I am not sure if this exact pivot shoe is available any longer, but we may have a viable substitute. Can you tell me the exact thickness of the pivot shoe? Can you also show me the pivot bar in the corner of the sash that connects with the cam of the shoe? We'll do our best to find something that can work for you from there.
Thank you. I recognize this shoe. The bad news is that it's an older, discontinued model that is no longer made. The good news is that I believe our modern 15-179 can be used as a replacement. Review its dimensions below to confirm.
You'll note right away that the pivot cam itself is a lot smaller than your original. This means you'll very likely need an all new pivot bar. I suggest the 26-021, but you need to compare its size to the original. As long as the hole placement is the same, then it should work without having to drill any new holes.
