Please help identify correct window channel balance

A quick learner from St. Pete, FL says:
I have a 22-inch length (of the metal itself) window channel balance that looks close to Series 351, but for two problems (1) Although the length measures exactly 22 inches, the metal stamp says 2220, which matches only the 23 inch one and (2) the shoe is a different size -- substantially smaller. I've attached photos. Thanks! (You were really great in identifying the correct custom parts for my first order last month!)

Hello,

Your shoe is substantially smaller because it appears to be broken. You'll need to measure an undamaged shoe to determine if you need the S351 or S390 channel balance.

As for length, if you're 100% sure that the metal channel is 22" long, then you will have to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart shown under the balance product description to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!

A quick learner from St. Pete, FL says:
By golly, you were right. On closer inspection, the shoe was broken, and here is a view of an intact shoe -- it's 1 1/8", so I'll need an S390. But the metal channel is exactly 22", so I guess I'll have to weigh the sash and use the chart to determine the exact one. Thanks.

We didn't get any additional photos but you are correct that you'll need the S390-22 if the shoe is 1-1/8" deep and you will also need to weigh your sash to confirm the correct strength option.
