Not sure the manufacturer. But that bottom hinge on this particular model I have never seen !! Can u please help identify

Unfortunately, I can't be sure of the hardware that your window uses since the hinge is not fully visible in your photos but the bracket of the operator reminds me of the Pella 39-176.
