Quote/part numbers for balance for tilt window

Hello,
I have a vinyl double pane tilt window from around the year 2002 with a broken balance. I will include pictures of the broken balance. If you can tell me or confirm which replacement balance and attachment pieces I need I would greatly appreciate it. Obviously, I'm talking about needing, two of them. The stamp on the original says it's a 28B. I have weighed the window pain and it's around 13 pounds so I believe the B rating is correct.

It appears you have the Series 795 channel balance with a 1-1/4" closed cam shoe, but with a hook at the top for installation instead of a screw in clip. Please compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit! This configuration will require a custom order to assemble the 15-198 hook on the balance for you.

There is a 5-6 week lead time as the hook is currently out of stock. I have sent over a separate email with an order link for (2) balances with pricing.
