Hello,
Your photo resembles the 15-087, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. The stamp would generally correspond to the S180-06. One fo these springs on each side would support a 12-pound sash. We'll also related the accessories used with this coil balance to compare to your hardware. Thanks for posting!
