One working. The other missing a part and locked into place. The circled part is the piece that is missing. This knob screws into a part that is floating inside. Even with the part, I would need directions as to assemble it and make it functional.

I have seen this particular latch a few times in the past. Unfortunately, I've never been able to find a suitable replacement or solution for it. The design is just too old.
We do sell the 91-179, which serves a similar function, but the issue is that I believe yours is flat whereas our has a rounded shape. I don't think it will fit.
