Looking for replacement channel balances. Having difficulty identifying through website.

Hello there!
Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-28 or S390-28 channel balance with the 2740 strength option. The important difference between the two is the depth of the bottom fitting. With that said, you will need to measure an undamaged version as shown below.
