With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-15 or S385-15 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
Based on your 14-3 stamp you would generally need 1430 spring strength options for your replacement balances but they would be calibrated to support a sash between 10-12 lbs. If you're sure that your sash only weight 7-1/2 pounds, then you'll need 1420 options to support between 6-10 lbs. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
