Replacement Parts for PlyGem series 1100 single hung

Good Afternoon

I am in need to replace worn/ damage parts for widows in condo. Understand the spring type balancers are no longer in stock so please advise best equivalent. Also need replacements for internal latches. As you can see the posts I have to go into the balancer are also broken so will need to find replacment / how to repair. Total of 4 windows but would like to try with 1st window for parts as test. Thanks in advance for your support

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Check out the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches as well as the 90-180 sash lock. We recommend you review the specifications for each part to ensure they match up.

As for the balance, you can use the Series 795 as long as the spring measures 1/2" in diameter. The video below will go over everything you need to know.
