This might be our 39-348 Awning Operator. Look over the pictures and specifications and let me know if this matches what you need, or if anything differs.

Are these returnable? If so, I'll buy two now and see if they'll fit for my replacement project.

And do I need any other parts - i.e. guard bars or covers or cranks? (I'm new to this, so I appreciate the help)>

Yes, you can see our return policy here. As for other parts you may need, it depends on what else is damaged. Your handle appears to be in good condition so you can likely reuse that; same goes for the guide bar, unless there's damage not visible in your photo.
