Replacement balance assembly and pivot shoe

Question

I need to find replacement parts for this broken balance assembly/pivot shoe. I do not know the history of this window but based on the label, it appears to be a Reliabilt 3900 series from Lowes, "double hung" tilt window (58" tall x 28"n wide) - top sash is fixed, only the bottom moves and tllts). First two pictures show the working side pivot shoe and coil support/spring(?). Second two pictures show the pieces of the broken assembly. Can you recommend replacement parts and instructions for replacing.  Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe shown here appears to be the 15-191 which uses the S160 coil springs. The first video below will go over how to remove your hardware by making a cut out in the window track. The second video demonstrates the replacement process.
