Replacement balances and window top clip

Number stamped on balance is 3 23. Note the window clip is broken.

We may be able to help. The top sash guide looks like our 18-055, but this is normally used with the 1/2" wide Series 390 channel balance. Your balance looks like our Series 800 which is only 3/8" wide. Can you confirm what you have?

Looks like 3/8" wide balance. I got a quote from another vendor in NJ for 9.95ea for the balance but he did not have the top clip. I guess the balance and clip have to match up?

Based on all the information and photos you have provided, I believe the best replacement for you would be our S800-24 channel balance with a 23C option. For the top sash guide, our 18-044 would make a great choice. I would like to encourage you to review these products and let us know what you think.
