I need a replacement coil balance and pair of tilt latches for a window upper sash. The window sash is approximately 30in. tall by 24.5in. wide. Overall window opening about 64in. tall.
The only identifying mark on the window is the number a-x7164 on the screen.

Hello! We sell both the tilt latches and coil balances you need to repair your windows, though they are all separate parts.
Starting with the tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244. I believe these are a little different from your originals but should still function perfectly well.
For the balance system, see our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-182 clip, 15-181 bushing, and Series 190 spring.

I am also missing the bumper at the bottom of the jamb for the upper sash. Do you sell those as well?

This isn't my window (it's a still from youtube) but this is the part that I'm referring to. It's at the bottom of the jamb on the upper sash side.

Gotcha, thanks! This is called a sash stop. We only sell one version of this type of part, and I don't think will be compatible with your window. See our 55-043. In most cases, these need to be acquired directly from the manufacturer.
