Replacement crank

Quick Learner from Eau claire wi
Looking for a replacement crank as this one only cranks the window out but not back in. I also am unsure of the procedures to remove and install. There is a branding on one of the arms "TRUTH" with a image of a house next to it I think.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-239B awning operator. We also sell the 39-536 pivot slide assembly and 39-451 cover and handle(sold separately). Review the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.

As for removal, you first want to crank the window fully open and detach the arms for the track. To remove the 39-536 pivot slides, you'll need to slide back the 39-558 detach clips that attach them to the operator's arms. Once they are detached, you can slide them out of the end of the track. Then, unscrew the operator from the sill and remove it through the opening in the sill. Note that having a second person to hold the window when disconnecting the operator is recommended if you're doing the project from indoors.
