Hello,

I am in need of a few Crestline crank mechanisms. The windows open but will not close. The arm length is about 8-9 inches.

Thanks for posting, Mark. This might be our 39-031 and 39-032 Dual Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions listed below match your existing mechanisms. Let me know if anything differs, in any way. For a new handle and cover, use our 39-107 and 39-114L, sold separately.

Hello again,

I am in need of another crank this time for a smaller window. The long arm measures about 9.5 to 9.75 inches and the short arm measures about 5.5 inches

Hello again! This operator looks like it could be a match for our 39-216. We also sell the 39-217 for the opposite side, if you needed that. Both are compatible with the same 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle that we discussed previously, but you can of course also just reuse the originals as long as they're in good condition.
