Hi I have recently Purchased multiple replacement parts for these windows but for some reaseon cant find the hinge sets I need..I saw a article that had the exact same window as I have and you recommended buying this hinge #36-004-14 14" steel 2 Bar hinge set but it wont work with what i have.. below is the picture of what i have... Please help!!!This is the second pair ive tried also it cost me $30 dollars to send the parts back to you and i still have to send these ones back is there anyway you can send me return shippin labels on this order?

Hey, Katy. I'm sorry to hear that our 36-004-14 didn't work for you. However, looking at your photos, that would have been the first part I'd recommend, if I talked to you first. I'm not sure why it didn't work for you. Can you go into more detail as to what the problem was? As long as you replace the top and bottom hinges, it should have worked. |
