I have a window multi-point lock broken, could you please help identify the part and let me know the related cost?

The housing looks a little different but I think you'll want to compare your measurements to our Maxim Multi-Point Locks, 38-095 and 38-096 and our Roto Multi-Point Locks, 38-138 and 38-139. Please let us know if you have any questions.
