Replacement part help needed!

Thank you very much for the information you provided! We measured the shoe and it's 1" so we'll need the 15-005. We've measured the balance and it's 24" so determined we need the: 24" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE.

Now we're trying to determine the option based on the sash weight. The sash is 36 lbs so want to confirm that option 2360 would be enough to hold the weight of the window or do we need to select another option?

Hello! The 2360 option would actually be too weak. However, we just added the 2370 option to the S380-24 store page for you. That should be totally sufficient for the original weight of your sash. Let me know if you had any questions!

There could be a lot of possibilities for the top sash guides. I think I can narrow it down for you, but it seems your images didn't come through. Could you try uploading them here again for me?

Thank you! I do recognize this top sash guide, though yours hasn't been made in some years. The best option we sell is our 18-009, though I highly recommend that you look over the dimensions we show on its store page just to make sure they match up. I could be mistaken. If I am right, then you'll also need to trim off the edges you see sticking out at the top.
