Replacement parts for windows (circa 1996)

Hello, I am looking for replacements for these window locks and handle covers. They both say "Truth" inside. The lock says 45098.
I want replacements in white.
Also, I am confused if these are handed locks or if I can buy the same for all the windows? Thank you!
