Start by looking at our 39-171 Split-Arm Operator. Look over the dimensions to see if this could work for you.

Checked the dimensions, 2 out of 3 matched.
The 5 inch dimension on the 39-171 is around 4 1/2 inches on the operator I need to replace. Do you have a model that matches?

I am afraid we don't have an operator in the style of the 39-171 and 39-172 that is any closer, or that has a link arm that is 4-1/2" long. There are a few options. First, you could try installing this operator as is and seeing if it works irrespective of the difference in link arm length. Your second option is to move the bracket arm on the sash and to see if it makes a difference.

Note that I neglected to mention that the 39-172 is the opposite-handed version of your operator, and based on the position of the spline, it matches the one in your photos. Let me know if you have further questions.
