Greetings my name is Pete,

I'm trying to identify the proper shoes and balancers for my Atrium windows purchased June of 2007. These are mode/series 0 417 windows and the shoes )approx. 1.25" X 1.5") do have breaks that lock them into position. The balancer on the bottom sash is 26" long. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

It looks like your balance assembly uses the 15-224 inverted link to attach to a pivot shoe like the 15-216. It's tough to be sure since your metal pulley hook appears to be broken but I suspect that your assembly may use the 15-198 clip to attach the balance to the window jamb. If so, we can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the stamp code on your metal channels, as well as the number of replacements that you need. I would also recommend showing us a photo of an undamaged pulley clip from another balance to confirm if the 15-198 is a match. Thank you.
