Looking to get name of arm as well to see if they make arm extenders for windows hard to reach.... I do believe window is from the 60's

Thanks for writing in. The Rusco brand has been associated with some of our awning window operators, such as the 39-350, 39-257B, or 39-256B. However none of these operators have crank handles that can be replaced separately, nor any extensions. If in doubt, please show us photos of your existing operator so we can confirm that this indeed the case for you.
