Custom made S900-10

Question

To whom it may concern:

I just spoke with customer service and they said that I should contact you for a quote on two S900-10 tubular window balances. This part is not available on your website and I was told that it would have to be custom ordered. The tube diameter is 3/8" and the tube length is ten inches. It seems to be made of a spiral wound outer spring within a plastic tube with a white tip where the inner spiral plunger exits the tube.

Sure, we should be able to custom make this. Before we begin, can you tell me how many you need? Can you also tell me the weight of the sash these balances support?
