Sinserely, Tom.
Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the top and bottom fittings of an intact balance uninstalled, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord, to narrow down your options.
As for the top sash guide that holds the balances in place, I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 18-180 to yours.
As for the stop, the closest part that we carry would be the 55-043. Review the dimensions below to see if this might work for your application. Thank you!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Your stamp code would normally indicate that your balances would have 29" long metal channels, not including the end fittings. Double-check to make sure that is the case.
Your 28C stamp would generally correspond to 2830 spring strength options but that would support a sash between 16-23 lbs. If you're sure that the window sash weighs exactly 14.8 pounds, then you would need 2820 options to support between 12-16 lbs. Just let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Great, I'm glad that you were able to confirm the correct strength option for your replacement balances. Since they are all stock parts, you can purchase the balances, top sash guides, and stops that you need directly on our website. Pricing, including tax and shipping, will be calculated at checkout.
