Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this Top Sash Guide. The closest we've ever been able to find is our 18-009. Review the dimensions below and see if you think this could work as a substitute for you.

I think I could trim the 11/16 guide to make it fit to 5/8ths. I also need the balancer. Here are the photos. The numbers on the balancer read 23 5 GS Caldwell. The window pane is 22.5 lbs. can you provide the part number for the balancer? Thanks

This balance looks like either our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the illustration below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, go with 2350 for a new stamp option.
