Hello!

This actually looks like Pella brand hardware, specifically our 39-403 and 39-404. Compare our dimensions with yours and see what you think. You should also triple check to be sure these aren't Pella parts.

If no can I just order one and see if it is the right one what is the return policy on that.

I'm afraid we don't have a brick and mortar location but you can place an order directly on our website whenever you'd like. The cover and handle in your pictures would be the 39-403 since your spline is on the left of the operator base. You can also see our return policy here.
