casement operators single arm 13 1/2

I have a Silverline casement needing an operator. 13" arm, I believe. it has an odd track. Photo enclosed.Thank you!!

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a clear photo of the base of the operator inside the house. Please also include the fitting shown in your first photo detached from the bottom of the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us! Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-399 and 39-400 to your assembly. Also, see the 39-541 track slider that connects the operator arm to the track.
