I'm searching for a replacement for my windows. The metal portion measures 28" long. Channel depth is 5/8". The stamp in the picture says 27 3 B.S.I. 0 C

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the balance you need, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

You'll need to select the 2730 stamp option.
