Series 795 34F?

I am pretty sure I have a 795 Channel Balance, my problem is that it is stamped 34F, and I don't see that as an option. Can you also tell me if the mounting screw is included with the balance?

Thanks for posting. We can make a balance for you with that stamp no problem. Keep in mind that two S795-34 balances with a 34F stamp can carry a window sash weight of 34 through 37 pounds. You might want to confirm that your sash weight falls within that range.
