Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I don't recognize your window hardware at first glance. It also looks like the metal bar may be a hinge and not part of the operator. If the crank on the side id the part that you need, we would need to confirm exactly how it engages with the window sash to determine if a replacement might be available. Thank you.

I believe your window hardware is from Crestline, which is no longer available. With that being said, take a look at the related awning window parts to see if you or a professional might be able to adapt this hardware to work for your window. Your operator is also installed on the side, while the newer operator mounts to the window sill, and the arms attach to the bottom of the sash. We can't make any guarantees but take a look at all the related hardware and installation videos to see what you think.
