It looks like you may have an Ashland operator. If so, unfortunately, we do not carry replacement operators or covers that would replace your original hardware. We do offer the 39-114L and 39-205 folding handles that attach to an 11/32" diameter operator spline. If your spline has the same diameter, one of our handles may work.
If you need new hinges as well, take a look and compare the specifications of the 36-048 set that attaches to the window sill with a 10" base.
