The only # I see is on the coil (35)

Shoe

I need to replace both sides

Hello, John. We should be able to help with these parts. See our 15-199 pivot shoe to start. For the spring, you have either our 3/8" Series 165 or the 1/2" Series 160. You need to measure the band on your original coil to verify the right size.

Lastly, it's very difficult to ID the pivot bar when it's broken in half like this, but the design is close to our 26-378. Look it over and see how well it matches the original. The key dimension here is hole placement.

Pivot Shoe 15-199 looks correct

Spring is 3/8 Series 165

3" Pivot Bar 26-378 looks correct. There are 2 screw holes in the sash.
