I'm looking for the outer weather stripping as depicted in the photo with my hand on it. I've included the window sticker as well for reference.

Awesome, thanks! I believe our 58-135 would be a good match even though it's a bubble seal instead of foam-filled. You can try a sample of it here if you want to give it a try first.
