Hello, I was checking to see if you recognized this face guide. I do not know who the manufacture of the window is. It is a Non-Impact SH.

Based on your photo, it looks like the bottom part of our 67-028 face guide. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours to confirm. Thanks for posting!
