Sliding Door Wheels

We haven't been able to locate a roller exactly like yours. I'm not sure why yours needs to extend out from the bottom door rail. Normally, roller housings are flush or even go into the rail a little. Take a look at the 81-256 roller. See if you can use something like this in your door. The top tab would secure the housing in the door when you install the corner screw into the frame. However the dimples on the sides of the housing make the width 13/16". Would that be too wide to go into your frame? Another possible option would be to just replace the wheel. See our 81-241 wheel, along with the 81-310 axle repair kit and 81-307 axle.
