Sliding Glass Door Model 4292

I have a customer who was installed years ago before our store opened and a different location had done the installation. The customer is requesting replacement rollers but due to lack of information provided when I received the file and no serial numbers on the products we are running into dead ends. The customer provided pictures of the rollers. On the paperwork I have it only states the door model is 4921 and on another sheet it says model 4292. Do you recognize these rollers?

Okay thank you. We are going to be going by the customer's home next week to retrieve the part so we can measure it and see which one may fit in replace of it. Also, to see if the cap piece can be reused.
