Sliding door handle and lock needed

Our old handle broke off due to installer not raising lower on of the s
Rollers. It was in our rental and they yanked on it till it fell off. It could only be latched from the inside so I'd like to add a keyed lock. I bought a replacement at a big box store but the latch amd key part we're centered in the middle between the acre holes and ours is off center. Not positive if it's higher or lower. I've attached a bunch of pictures. Please let me know if you have something.

Thanks so much!
Linda

Hi Linda, thank you for posting,

Since the original handle set is missing, we cannot guarantee a direct fit, but we have two options that may work for your door and that are compatible with your mortise lock that resembles the 82-218.

First option is the 82-086 keyed handle set that has 3-15/16" installation holes from center to center. This handle set has an offset locking lever towards the bottom and an exterior keyed lock.

The second option is the 82-030 handle set that also has 3-15/16" installation holes. This handle set has an adjustable locking lever that can be in the middle or moved offset higher or lower on the base. This handle set can be adapted to use the 82-310 key lock to add exterior keyed access. Please review the guide below for more information.
