Sliding door lock

We are locking for a replacement lock for a slide door with the below specifics

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original lock. From there we can compare to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. Please see the attached pictures showing the complete door handle and the lock that is broken. Hope this is enough to identify it

If the lock lever is the only thing that is broken, you may be able to replace it with the 82-240. Please note that when these break, there may be an issue with the internal mortise lock. I would suggest trying to throw the hooks of the lock to make sure they are working correctly.

Overall, your hardware resembles the 82-080 handle set, 82-268B mortise lock and 89-042 strike plate. Let me know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
