Sliding glass door seal

I'm looking for replacement seal for sliding glass door. Pictures show a kerf insert for inside door seal and second picture is a "cap-like" cover for the outer seal.

Have not been able to find anything similar and hope you can help.

Hey, Steve. I'm afraid I cannot identify what seal you need from these photos. Can you remove a sample and show me a clear photo of its end profile? That will be a huge help.
