Our Series 140 comes to mind. It isn't exact but I think it's certainly worth considering. Have a look and see what you think.

Hey Emily is there another part that has to be installed wth 140 quick tilt?

The Series 140 is the full assembly but this part also engages with a pivot bar at the bottom of the sash. If this part is needed as well, we will need to see pictures of the original removed from the window sash.
