Special Order Series 751?

Question

I have some Marvin Tilt Pacs around the house whose channel balances have failed.

The balances look like your Series 751.

However, the stamp for a 33" long, 9/16" wide balance says 32XHD, rather than 32HD as listed on your Series 751 ordering page.

Does this mean these are a special order or is the Series 751 okay?

Thanks for contacting us! If the stamp isn't applicable to any of our options, we will need to know the weight of your window sash. Please remove it from the window and place it on a scale to get as exact a weight as possible--any common bathroom scale would do.

Also, are you positive you have a Series 751? Does it have the 15-014 shoe at the bottom? If it's a different balance, it may have a different stamp system. I would like you to just confirm; it's better to be safe than to be sorry!
