Hi!!!
I'm having a real hard time locating these parts. The tube is 3/8" and length is 28 7/8" with a black tip. There are no identifying marks anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm missing it on your website.

Hey there Joe!
Thank you for reaching out to us. If the tube is 3/8" in diameter, I recommend the S900-29. We don't have a black tip option though so you would have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper tip option.
We have the S600-29 with a black tip but this is 9/16" in diameter. You could always double-check to be safe.
As for the pivot shoe, can you write out the thickness and width? It's hard to read accurate dimensions from photos of a tape measure so we'd just like to be sure.

The shoe dimensions are 3/8 inch height, 1-7/8 inch width and 15/16 inch depth.

We believe you can use the 15-212 pivot shoe. Have a look at the specifications and see what you think.
