Spiral Window Sash tube/spring

Just fixed my kitchen windows' sash/spring system which were rail type. But the bathroom is different- was just looking at your S500-17

But, my metal footer/plastic guide looks different. Given these 3 photos can you tell me what I should buy, or just replace the window, lock, stock and sash?

You do have a Series 500 balance, and your metal/nylon shoe looks like our 15-040 Balance Attachment. Give that a look and see how it matches up.

Thanks, Paul, for the response. I'll order 2, even though it probably isn't worth it- meaning, the window isn't worth it; just the satisfaction of fixing it:).
