Tool says tip should be red, yellow or green. This looks none of those. Looks black? Which should I choose. Need a 29" one

Hello, thank you for posting,
If the colored tip does not match up, you will need to obtain the weight of the sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to determine the correct colored tip option. Were you reviewing the Series 900 or Series 600?

The 900. Also what about the other pic? The thing the balance hooks to in the window track?

I apologize for the overlook. The original will need to be removed for accurate dimensions, but start by reviewing the 15-212 pivot shoe to see how it compares.
