Spline for china cabinet door glass

I need spline to secure glass on front portion of china cabinet. I bought the china cabinet used , I'm guessing 50's or 60's antique, Right and Left doors appear to have spline replaced, the center glass which doesnt open was mostly without (2-3 short peices of spline and some cardboard chunks holding the glass). The sample pictured matches the spline in the doors which fits and holds fine. The groove is about 1/8 inch . The width of the spline is about 7/16 . Would the 59-068 work for this? thanks!

I'm looking for similar spline, looks more like 9/16 on mine. Do you sell this. Possibly white, gray or clear.

We unfortunately don't have this spline in 9/16". The only product we sell that's similar to this is our 59-067, but this is still much smaller at 5/16". I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

I am thinking of using this spline for the same exact purpose. Just wanted to confirm -- is the spline rigid enough (esp where the triangle part necks down to the "feet" part [feet would friction fit into a kerf) to hold vertical sheets of 1/8" glass (11"W x 45"H and 23"W x 45"H) on cabinet doors that would see occasional open/close movement? I would put this product around the entire periphery of the glass. Many thanks for the peace of mind.

The 59-068 is more of a softer vinyl as apposed to a rigid vinyl. However if the 59-068 fits into the kerf groove in the china cabinet and presses up against the glass it should be good. Also take a look at the 32-325 and the 32-324 clear cabinet clips along with the bronze color 32-314 adjustable cabinet clip. See if these would work better in your cabinet to secure the glass.
