Survivor casement window parts

I have older(over 10 years old) "Survivor" brand casement windows. With "truth" hardware the screws sheared that hold the lefthand (left side facing from inside house) crank to the frame. The plastic shoe on the right window bottom hinge is falling apart. I was thinking of replacing both sides cranks and upper and lower hinges (assuming the plastic shoes are part of complete hinge)

Hello! You are correct, that black shoe is part of the hinge, so you'll need an all new hinge set entirely.

Based on your photos, I feel very confident that we sell the hardware you need. See our 39-187 and 39-188 operators as well as our 36-048 hinge. You may also find the information below to be helpful, but please feel free to reach out if we can be of any further assistance.
