I'm looking for replacement crank and handle for a thermal-guard window.

We should be able to help, but before I can recommend anything I will need you to remove the operator from the window and show me a clear picture of it without obstruction. If possible, please make sure that the operator in question is whole and undamaged. If any pieces are missing then we will not be able to ID.

I believe all I need is this bracket. You can see in the second picture it's missing

Sure, I see what you mean. We don't have a bracket exactly like this, but it's awfully similar to our 39-510. The biggest issue I see is that yours sticks out from the sash frame a lot more than ours, which is only 11/16".

Truth is, I don't know if that will be a dealbreaker or not. Sometimes that kind of difference is fine, but on other windows it's just no good. The decision to try it out is ultimately yours. I personally think it's worth a shot but you can see our return policy here just in case.
