We don't carry an exact match for your tilt latches but it does remind me of the 26-464 latch set. Take a look at the specifications from our product page below. If you notice any discrepancies, get back to us with your exact measurements written out and we can go from there.
As for your channel balance and tilt pivot, the closest match that we carry for the pivot would be the 26-150. Take a look at the dimensions below to determine if you could adapt this to work for you. These pivots are often used with the S751 channel balance but we would need to see the bottom fitting and confirm how the top of the balance attaches to the window frame to confirm the correct replacement. We'll also need to know the exact length of the metal channel, not including any fittings, as well as the exact weight of the window sash that the balances support. Thank you!
