Tilt Latch

Hi need new tilt lathes to replace several broken ones on opposite sides of some windows. Please let me know if you have these parts and instructions on how to replace. Thanks!

Hey there, I think I can help. I do agree that the 26-408 is the tilt latch you need for your Silverline brand window. The reason I'm stepping in is because I just recently replaced a set myself. 

You will need to first install the front "nose" into the the cut out at the top side of the sash. You just slip it in from the top. Then, once it's in, push the back end into the cut out at the top until it "snaps" in place. 

Take note that I had to file down the flat side of the "nose" to make it slide easily. It was a little difficult otherwise. That may not be necessary in your case, but I thought I'd mention it just in case you ran into the same issue.
