Hello! Your balance appears to match our Series 765. Check it out and let me know if you agree.
As for the pivot shoe, your exact style isn't made anymore, but our modern 15-046 should work perfectly well as a replacement. This also happens to be the most common pairing with the Series 765 these days, so I'm very optimistic it's what you want. Just check to ensure your dimensions are the same.

What pivot bars would I use with your recommended pivot shoes?

There are about a million different compatible options for this shoe. I'd be happy to narrow that down for you, but I need a clear picture of the pivot bar you have now. Would that be possible?
